Please read these terms before booking an appointment.
Integrative Health Uganda is a health navigation and lifestyle optimisation centre in Kampala. We listen to your history, assess your needs, and coordinate expert advice into one integrated care plan. We are not a medical treatment clinic or emergency healthcare provider.
A UGX 20,000 appointment fee secures your booking. It is credited against your service fee. The balance is paid at the centre after your consultation.
A UGX 20,000 appointment fee is paid online to secure your booking. The remaining balance of your service fee is paid at the centre after your consultation.
Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours notice. Changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment carry a UGX 10,000 fee. The appointment fee is non-refundable if you cancel.
Your health records are held confidentially on paper at our Kampala centre. Access is strictly limited to assigned consultancy team members and direct supporting staff involved in your care plan.
Consent to share your health information with named external specialists is recorded in writing at the centre during your intake consultation, not through online forms.
Our services are limited to health navigation and care coordination. The centre does not provide emergency medical treatment. Care plans and recommendations are advisory and do not replace the clinical instructions of a primary treating physician.
